On August 28 the Russian online shop ZARA began work. For me this event became pleasant news: no more queuing in a fitting room, availability of the xs size and opportunity to buy everything from the presented range. On the opening day I made the first order, the fast registration, the convenient interface and opportunity to trace the parcel pleased. On August 29 my order arrived to Voronezh and problems began since that moment. The delivery planned for August 30 didn’t happen neither 30, nor 31, and it was without explanation. I don’t have much experience in online shopping, but for myself I’ve already decided that for anything I won’t use DPD company and I will not advise this company to anybody! This is the worst delivery service! Moreover, the support service didn’t undertake any actions for the solution of my problem and provided false information about my order. With the help of ZARA online support service I managed to solve this issue and today treasured box was in my hands!
